Appalachian Power representatives plan to upgrade the electric transmission grid in Fayette County.
The Kincaid Area Transmission Line Project involves building approximately 15 miles of 69-kilovolt transmission line, building a new substation and upgrading several substations to strengthen the transmission grid.

There is no formal presentation, so landowners may come and go at any time during the two-hour event.
