The Kiber 138-kV Transmission Line Project involves:
Adding the new substation and transmission lines allow the company to better distribute electricity throughout the grid, serve an area customer, and meet the area's growing electrical demand.
Crews expect construction to begin in spring 2026 and conclude in late 2026.
