Celtic 345 kVStation Project
AEP Ohio representatives plan electric transmission upgrades in Jerome Township.
The Celtic 345 kV Station Project involves:
- Building the 345-kilovolt (kV) Celtic Station on company property located near the intersection of Mitchell-Dewitt Road and Warner Road.
- Connecting Celtic Station to the transmission grid.
- Filings with the Ohio Power Siting Board (OPSB).
The new station provides an additional electric source to customer facilities and helps meet the area's growing electrical load demand.
