Medio Creek-to-Lon Hill 138-kV Cut-in to Portilla SubstationDouble-Circuit Transmission Line

The Portilla Transmission Improvements Project involves building the new Portilla Substation and building approximately 1.5 mile of 138-kilovolt (kV) transmission line to strengthen the local transmission system in San Patricio County.
