Hemlock - Bryson Transmission Line Project


AEP Transmission representatives plan power grid upgrades to improve electric reliability for customers in Meigs County. The Hemlock-Bryson Transmission Line Project involves building about 4 miles of 69-kilovolt power line, installing switch equipment and upgrading a substation.

Summer 2026: As the project progresses, the construction schedule has been adjusted to allow time for continued engagement with impacted landowners. Property ROW, LLC remains AEP Transmission’s right-of-way representative for this project.
