    Substation Construction: Spring 2019 - Summer 2020
    Line Construction: Fall 2019 - Summer 2020
    In-Service Date: Summer 2020

Trade Zone Substation facilities will be approximately 230 feet x 230 feet within a 5 acre area.

Plans include creating a detention basin at the entrance to the substation approximately 145 feet x 100 feet and approximately 4 feet deep.

The detention basin helps protect the area around the substation against flooding when large amounts of rainfall occur. The detention basin is designed to hold water for a limited amount of time to allow for draining.
